1. Sign up for your fundraiser

To start a fundraiser, simply sign up for your fundraiser online. Signing up for a fundraiser only take a few minutes. Once we confirm the details of your fundraiser such as sale dates, we’ll send you a confirmation email with your online store link and mail out the order forms.

2. Start Selling

Your group will receive customized order forms to pass out. The fundraiser sale dates and group information will be printed on the order forms. Money should be collected when the order is taken.

The online store allows the seller to promote their online link through email or social media. Customers can now purchase pastries and other items from home and support the seller's organization.

Sellers can take orders from family and friends on the order forms and through the online store. All orders placed on the order forms and through the online store will be hand-delivered by the sellers.

Remember to set a goal - our research shows that groups who set a goal raise more money!

3. Collect money and order forms

An order form return date and an order submit date will be selected that works best for your group. The return date will be the final day of the fundraiser. Late orders are accepted.

Sellers should collect money from their supporters while they are selling. Do not wait until the product is delivered to collect money from supporters.

Money collected online will be added in with the money collected from paper order forms. The online link and the invoice will show the breakdown of orders from the paper order forms and from the online store. If more sales are made online, we will owe the group money at the end of the sale!

4. Submit your results online

Once your fundraiser is complete, you will enter your results on our easy-to-use online portal. We'll email you a link to the portal once your fundraiser has started. The orders made online will appear beside the seller's name on the online spreadsheet where there will be boxes to type in the orders from the paper order forms. Once all orders are entered and double checked, press the submit button in the top right corner.

Pro tip: Start entering your orders as the order forms are turned in. This will help save some time at the end of the fundraiser.

If there are other people helping coordinate your fundraiser, everyone will have access to the portal and can enter orders simultaneously.

5. Prepare for delivery

Prior to your delivery we'll send you an email reminding you of the delivery details. We'll also send you an invoice due at delivery. Please bring a check for the full invoice amount.

Your products will arrive pre-sorted for each seller. Please have the order forms in ABC order and tables, if possible, at the delivery. Seller reports that show online orders and customer information will be included with the seller's orders.

Keep in mind our products are frozen, so it's important that all products are picked up promptly and placed in a freezer.
